  • Burns

Spread some mustard on your skin and let it rest until the pain is gone. You will be amazed of its effect.

  • Throat pain and cold

Mix some mustard with the juice from half a lemon, 1 tbsp of honey and ½ cup of boiling water. Once the resulting mixture has cooled down, have a sip from the remedy and gargle for several seconds then drink the remedy.

  • Inflammation of the muscles

Soak 2 tbsp of mustard and 1 tbsp of sea salt in the bath tub. Get inside the tube and relax for about 20 minutes before taking a warm shower.

  • Foot pain

Dilute 1 tbsp of mustard in tepid water and immerse your feet in this remedy. Relax for several minutes, until you will feel no more pain.

  • Back pain

Prepare a smooth paste by combining some ground mustard seeds, a double quantity of mustard flour and some water. Cover a towel with this remedy and apply the towel on your back. Wait for the remedy to action for 30 minutes, then wash your skin well.

  • Sore throat

Combine the fresh obtained from half a lemon with some mustard, 1 tbsp of honey, ½ cup of water and 1 tbsp of salt. Let the remedy sit for 10 minutes, take a small quantity and gargle. Repeat the procedure several times and you will see that from the first attempt your throat will feel better.
